Bull Reds in Pass - Incoming vs outgoing tide

Heard they are showing up in the passes lately. headig to GI this weekend and have not really targeted these so going to give it a try. Is the bite better on a incoming or outgoing tide - as a general rule if there is such a thing with fish.

To me, it doesn't seem to matter as long as there is some movement. I find that cut mullet does better on GI than cracked crab for some reason.

I'm headed out there as well. Looks like good tidal movement most of the day. I'll be bringing the cast net to snag some mullets! Don't run over two guys in tan ascend kayaks.
