I do not have any words of advice as far as keeping your budget updates automated. I still stay true to keeping all of my budget information logged on an excel spreadsheet that I created. I do use the budgeting tools that several banks are starting to offer through their web interface. Yet I only use their budgeting tools to make life easier on me whenever I review my data to confirm it is all correct.
