FBD Sweetwater Waterkeeper hefeweizen. Not a style I usually seek out but refreshing after spending the day tearing down a deck. I don't drink enough hefe's to be able to compare it to anything.

NextBD is Shiner bock. At a family friends house and this is the extent of their beer selection. Should've brought my own.

Does it have a date on it? I don't think bear republic has distrusted to LA in about 6 months
It still has a wonderful hop aroma, but in the flavor you can tell it's not fresh. Malty with some bitterness, but not much in the way of fresh hops. Kind of disappointing, but I guess a new place like that is getting the bottom of the barrel from the distributor.

I found the bottled on date, some of it is rubbed off. What I can see is 11/09/?? I'm guessing 2012... yep, that's mighty old

After finishing off a growler of one of Schooner Exact's specialty Imperial IPAs, it's a big bottle of Avery Brewing XX. Yum!
Served in a pinched glass from The Chimes, for old time's sake!
