You are exactly correct. The plan is to get 400 people comitted to partnering on this. If we can't get to the numbers we need to get it off the ground.....$0 dollars will be collected.
The dues will be $275 including carts, green fees, range. And we will all own the property free and clear.

Hey BP the PDF of your plan in the email won't pull up, just wanted to let you know that. People that are trying to see your plan won't be able to see it.
