Beverly is growing into a very solid 1 and Canaan can work off be bench as a 1 behind Bev or 2 behind Harden.
I am not feeling Rondo for Hou. Don't think he would mesh with the pieces in place. And I really like Rondo.

HOU doesnt have the pieces to fit what BOS is trying to do. IMO

I wonder if this happens, will it garner the same level of hate the Heat received for teaming up in 2010?

What is Boston trying to do, Mr. Earl?
Posted on 7/5/13 at 11:09 pm to BreakawayZou83
Nah. It'll be more like the Celtics in 2007 or Rockets in 1996.

Right. I just didn't know what all Houston would be willing to give up in this hypothetical. That's why I asked.

And a young pg, young pf, semi-young C and/or draft picks doesn't fit into that equation?

Parsons seems to be what channing Frye was to the Knicks....untouchable...then reality set in and they couldn't move him for Brian scalabrine.

Yes. And I'll give Lin, maybe a stretch, but Asik is a very solid Center that can be a key piece with the other players.

Might as well trade him. They won't be able to afford him when his contract is up.

Rondo coexisting with Harden + a past his prime Dwight = 4 seed
