You can make turkey burgers using ground turkey and use the same formula.. Avocado and turkey are a great combination.. A little horse radish mayo, tomato.. good stuff

eta: if you do turkey burgers, try rolling the patty in panko bread crumbs.. put a pat of butter in the skillet and cook on med-lo. The panko give a nice texture and flavor to the burger
