Not trying to interupt. It's hard to be overdressed for a nice restaurant. IMO.

That being said, if you have a jacket on, you will probably be the most dressed person in the restaurant. You could leave the jacket in the car if you like, but wearing it inside will not draw any odd looks. I think slacks and dress shirt is standard fare for most restaurants of this caliber.

I wore slacks, white buttonup and black blazer (no tie) to Bistro Daisy couple weeks ago and was certainly one of if not the most dressed up in there. there were two older gentlemen eating together who were dressed similarly, and there was also a guy in his 20s there in cargo shorts and a t-shirt. I guess most restaurants here just don't care all that much.
