Sounds more and more like Pels are committed to Gordon, at least for now.

The Pelicans have shut down some inquiries for Eric Gordon. Are they committed to him? Deal in place? Waiting for increased value? - 42

The feeling is that they are not considering offers. The question is why or why not. Maybe it's not even a question. #Perspective - 42

I'm guessing Tyreke will have to play some 3 if we retain Gordon.

We gotta be careful we don't keep him here long enough to where he never wants to leave

More committed to him = no team wants to trade for a shitty constantly injured max player

That seems to be the word.

If they can parlay GV and any other money into a SF and C that are at least competent 20 minutes at a time....

Interesting roster to say the least.

That tweet is very vague. Gordon has been available for months it seems. Maybe SAC wanted a s&T with Gordon or some other bad deals. We could be committed to another deal already.

It makes sense to shut down the rumor mill now that Gordon has finally shown to be healthy/excited.

With his attitude problems in the past, if he is in the plans, they need to at least keep quiet and keep him involved.
