i think anyone who knows anything realizes that any purchase RM, ManU, Barça, and Bayern make, no matter how extravagant, is well within their spending power from revenue.

Coentrao was injured last night.
Nacho or are we going to see Arbeloa's nightmarish left back ability again or something else?

Did the Cherishev to Zenit go through already (supposing he´s still not hurt)?

Posted on 9/12/13 at 11:53 am to Dandy Lion
there were a lot of dudes on the sidewalk in Madrid selling authentic kits for 30€. some of them actually did look authentic. guess some must have fallen off the back of a truck
oddly, I saw more neymar jr kits than I did real kits just walking around. a whole lot of new Real and Spain kits with Raul on them too.

there are some very, very good clandestine factories in Portugal, and I¨m sure some ´mobile´ones in Andalusia and Catalonia.

You were there in August, right? Between visitors and immigrants, I could see this happening.

Not a fan. Looks like Wolves in color.
Still despise the font. Looks more appropriate for a sorority newsletter than a uniform for a world renown club.

I´m sure it´s the same edge which ribs or trims the first strip.

ditto. Also, did you notice the collar is v-shaped?

it´s infantile. I´m sure Adidas said it´s ´desenfado´ and will take the edge off of these recent foul years.

Italian media already talking about Juventus trying to move Llorente this winter. Wonder if Real Madrid would be interested in taking that chance?
I would guess it's a bit premature as hardly anyone expected Llorente to be in top form after last season but Conte doesn't seem pleased at all with him so far.
Conte went ballistic when Juve sold Matri against he wishes and then blocked an attempted Quagliarella deal making clear that those guys were his second and third options behind Tevez and not Llorente.

Not that orange. More deep yellowish with a hint of orange. It just reminds me of the Wolves Doritos nacho cheese strip from a few years back.
On mobile or would provide image.
I just like a nice, clean font.

May not really be an either/or scenario. Llorente moved to Juventus knowing he'd not likely be the first option.
It's probably better that he finds another squad though if it doesn't pan out with Juve. I really like Llorente and would rather see him go to slightly less crowded roster where he could be the main guy up front.

Yeah, I loved this guy and am really frustrated to see how his development has basically been truncated.

he's 28, will be 29. playing as a back up for one year at his age doesn't really equal hurting his development, IMO. sucks he lost a year in his prime for sure though. it shouldn't have crushed his career.
that said, if Arsenal were to go after him, I wouldn't mind not sure he'd pip Giroud on current form though. I'd prefer a different style of striker, but we have been interested in Llorente in the past.
I might also add the way Real is smearing özil in the press to cover their asses is fricked up.

Vilarreal line-up
Diego López
Carvajal, Ramos, Pepe, Nacho
Illarramendi, Modric
DiMaría (Bale WILL play some), Isco, Cristiano
Benzema
Don´t know what the deal is there. Really don´t.
Özil´s father has a lot to do with the fiasco, and I think it odd that Mesut said he´d stay and battle, and ipso facto, decides to go to Arsenal (based upon a telephone conversation with Wenger).
Falcao for Christmas!
BTW Who saw Uruguay-Colombia? A young Uruguayan CB had the match of his life, and ´dried up´ Falcao.

yeah, just odd that they pretty much kicked him out the door now they're trashing him. Zidane saying he didn't have the fortitude to fight for his place. Ancelotti pretty much saying the same. then the leaked rumors. who knows what happened, just seems fricked up to me.
seems to have set the stage for an Arsenal-Real tie in the CL knock out rounds
