Another option is Montana, I've always wanted to check out Glacier, and then there's Yellowstone in the southern part of the state and into upper Wyoming. There's also some cool places in Idaho. Glacier will probably have the best scenery, however this seems like a shite load of driving to see multiple things. I'd probably love this, not sure if they would.


Done this. Absolutely the most amazing place I've ever been. Really want to do it again before long with my kids. Plenty to do there and in Whitefish. The park is huge and there are so many things you can do.
We spent one day and drove completely around the park and up into Canada and went to Waterton Lakes National park and into Waterton. We had "high tea" at the Prince of Wales lodge.
Fished one day with my dad and caught so many fish my arm was sore.
