I think you can get like 34 lbs of grain plus the necessary water into the 10 gallon mash tun. So assuming you arent making anything in the 7%+ range you should be good with your mash tun.

That seems high. I could see maybe 24 pounds. I did right at 20 pounds and the water for my imperial porter, and figured I may have had room for a couple more pounds and that's it.
