Some of the more popular NZ and AU hops are showing out of stock in a lot of places, but the big hop distributors are just now getting the 2015 crops for the southern hemisphere hops.
So hopefully they should will start showing up online soon.

Do you guys do split batches? I've been wanting to take an ipa, but do a split batch with different hops.
I think the early additions are easy to replicate for 2 batches.
But your late/whirlpool additions would have to go toward the same 5 gallon batch. Meaning, you could only really differentiate the batches (in terms of hopping) with the dry hops. I'll still try it out, as i see it being a fun experiment.
Maybe do my bittering hopping of Warrior or Columbus.
Then my late additions depending on what profile i'm looking for. If i'm going for fruity then maybe galaxy, citra, or cascade. Then split the batches and dry hop with hops i've not used like german hull melon, German Mandarina Bavaria, Motueka, or other New Zealand hops. Just need to pick up a couple more 3 gallon better bottles.
