I have the setup like in this youtube vid The Bowie adapater for perlick faucet and a bottling wand seen at the 6:30 mark......this guy is hard to listen to but the info is there. LINK
It works pretty good....I did put a basketball air needle into the stopper as shown in the vid.
Pros: It fills w/ minimal foaming and the bottles seem well carb's after sitting for a week or so.
Cons: The Bowie does not fit as tight as I would like into the perlick faucet and so the pressure can blow it out. I have to hold it although a beefer O-ring may help. Also, the tubing that fits onto the stainless bottling wand is not tight and so it will blow off. A small pipe clamp fixes this.

You ain't kidding. Going to have to rig something to make sure that doesn't happen to me tonight...
