I think I came up with a beer to brew tomorrow.
8 lbs Pils
3 lbs Rye
1 lb acid malt
~15 IBU for bittering
~5 IBU late addition
Thinking crystal for the hops.
Yeast will be a blend of French Saison, Brett l., and Brett c.
I also feel like trying out some new spices. Maybe lavender? I don't know, I'll see what smells good on the spice rack at Brewstock.

Pushing 8%+ on the acid malt could give you a little twang and that should match up nicely with the Rye.
