First batch of my brewing career in the fermenter. Going to check it in the morning and hopefully some magic will have started.

My stout has almost started pushing co2 out the blow-off tube. Should be churning by the morning.
Used the white labs Irish ale yeast too

Good work, Lafourche. If you can get that down a few more degrees, you will have excellent beer rather than damn good beer.
My Cal Common is bubbling away at 58 degrees. Probably crank it up a few degrees tomorrow. Then a few more. Them a few more. Then down to the 30s.
