This is how I feel. They had more than enough chances and a large enough audience to do something interesting with it on the 360 and didn't, outside of some dance titles.

I don't see how it's some sort of game changer now.

But hey, maybe I'll be proven wrong and there will be some really compelling experiences designed for it on the Xbox One. I hope so.

I think the main difference is how much more advanced the Kinect 2.0 is supposed to be.

I remember the original Kinect just being piss poor at tracking you unless you were at the exact right distance from the device.

They seemed to have worked out the kinks and believe that making sure everyone has one will lead to some cool developments.

I like some of the stuff they have mentioned where I don't have to get up off of my couch.

I think the most utility that will come with will be optional gimmicks that give you nifty ways to do commands (like hand signals in a military shooter giving instructions to your squad).
