I was 13 and was camping with my family in South Carolina. I hiked around a huge campground lake to the wooded side to fish off the bank. It was about two miles around this lake and I had gone at least a half mile. While I'm fishing alone this tall, heavy, 30ish dude walks up and asks if I want to make some money. He was sweating profusely and lugging rods, a tackle box and bucket of fish; so I wrongly guessed that he wanted me to help him carry some stuff back to the campground. Me - "Sure man, what do you want me to do?" Him - "Let me give you a BJ."
He was on the trail between me and the campground, so I threw a stick at him and ran the other way. (I left a cane pole, stringer of perch and a box of worms on the bank.) He gave chase, but I had been training for cross country and outran him easily. Luckily the trail went all the way around back to the camp. I never slowed down til I got near our campsite.

It gets worse. Afraid to tell my folks what happened, they said go take a shower before dinner. While drying off after showering at the community bathhouse, in walks the perv. I ducked behind the shower door hoping he didn't see me. He opened every toilet stall door and shut them but never came to the side with the showers and then left the building.
I did not go fishing the next morning and dad never asked about that cane pole.
