So not the players and coaches and universities that participate in this sport. Usually when changes like this are made its because of a good reason like someone died on the field. Maybe im wrong but i don't know of a case of this since 2009. I guarantee you poll the coaches and players and you would come out with a completely different result.

When have players ever had a say in rules changes?

If you want to argue that the NCAA is a joke, i'm with you, but i dont think thats what we're arguing.

I'm telling you they're more concerned with ESPN getting stuck with a six hour game that pre-empts a Yankees game than they are about a pitcher getting killed. So of course ESPN loves it!
