Last year and this year they would get into hitting slumps and no one could drive in runs. What is the problem? It it coaching?

no issue with hitting this year our bats had two off games at the wrong time of the year.

I know, it's almost like when we face good pitchers we don't hit as well.

Maybe the opposing pitching plays a little part in that?

Terrible approach at the plate.

LSU would have beaten UCLA in any other park they played in this year but that is no excuse since everyone plays on the same field. Some teams adjust some teams go home. LSU is going home.

It's called pressure. Get to the postseason and some can't handle the heat. Maybe it's the way Mainieri prepares them or maybe it's just the players not having the balls to step up. Never thought I'd see Bregman cave like he did the last two weeks. 2-21 is just down right sad.

Getting under a lot of pitches instead of hitting low line drives. This always increases your chances of outs on a big field.

Might be the other team's pitching......Those guys for UCLA and NC were pretty good.....

Every hitter/team goes into slumps.

Bregman, RR, and Ibarra all slumped at the worst possible time. Except for Ibarra I think they were pressing. Don't know how a coach can make them stop pressing.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you only watched 2 games this year.

According to some rantards the issue is not Sanchez.

LSU had 10 hits against UNC. That wins most games.

The clutch hit didn't happen.
