What i was getting at is he seemed really friendly with their catcher the whole game and pissed on ours, including in his at bats.

He was on Ross every inning. Every fricking inning.

If an ump is a piece of shite the head coach has to go out there call him a mother fricker and kick dirt on him.

This! Best part of baseball. That clip of Billy Martin losing his mine is classic Americana! I'd post it, but I'm incompetent like that.

CWS needs to send his arse home. I have never seen a more rabbit eared, sensitive bitch behind the plate. And sometimes it seemed like his strike zone was a coin flip. ESPN quit using their strike zone box because so many of his weren't in it.

Peterson basically called the ump a douche. He wasn't referring to espn airing the convo he was saying that no one in the park would have a clue Ross was showing him up unless the ump makes a big deal out of it. Peterson, whom I like, seems totally frustrated with the college game and the way it's called now.

I definitely got the same feeling from listening to him this year. He also commented on the lack of runs affecting attendance or ratings etc the last few years. Sounded like (just what i read between the lines) there has been some discussions at the networks about how drastically altered the new hardware / rules / park etc has had on the product. I know if I were ESPN and had picked up the rights to broadcast college baseball I would certainly want more interesting games occasionally. I love a great pitchers duel when your aces are going head to head but when your 3rd and 4th guys can throw 2-3 hit shutouts or 1 run games almost EVERY time it's just not a watchable product IMO.

This is the problem with college baseball in a nutshell.

I totally agree and would add that there is rarely a penalty for a bad pitch, as we have seen numerous times in this CWS.

Ump was a straights up douche.

Even Kyle said he was out of line.
