I guarantee that someone will drop. That allowed at least the first alternate to grab a legit team and not leftovers. Plus he seemed like he'd really be one to play. Did you want Oregon or something?
Additionally I heard that dynasties might expand to 14, so I wanted to cover that base at least partially as well.
If you really want Oregon, just pick a team and note that you want Oregon if the wait list doesn't make the cut, and you'll get them.

I'd take Oregon depending on the available teams, but that's not why I questioned what was going on. I was just curious.
