Pot of water

Season with usual crab boiling stuff

Get hot

Suck water out of pot with turkey injector

Inject bottom of lobster tail

Throw lobster in pot and boil/ soak


Report back.

this thread reminds me of a trip to the Keys we had planned, but fell thru, to where you can get a license to catch lobster as a regular fishermen. somone on here had some good info. on it...

It is worth just a little more than a Spiny (Carribbean) Lobster of the exact same size/weight.

Why?

There are no claws on the Spiny that are worth mention.

I hope the prices are cheap on lobsters again this year. I found the name of a guy last year on Craig's List from Maine selling and bought a bunch for a cookout...

Yep. The Keys have a two day mini lobster season.
