Instant replay in baseball needs to happen. I never get why people would rather some umpire effect the outcome of a game instead of getting the call correct. It would take less time than having a 70 year old manager gimp onto the field and scream for 30 minutes and still nothing changes.
I'd do it for balls/strikes, everything. But im more interested in getting the calls right than preserving the outdated tradition of umpiring as we know it.

No.. Balls/strikes need to stay the way it is. I understand umpires make some horrible damn calls behind the plate, but the game is long enough as it is. Focus on the close plays in the field and fair/foul/Homerun calls.
They should also try to find a way to cut down on the amount of time it takes between pitches. Watching Nomar Garciaparra take 3 balls, foul off 6 pitches, and step out of the box every time and do his damn glove thing for 15-20 seconds was annoying as frick!
