Already ate with family. Made this for jones and I:
Pesto marinated salmon with basil from the garden.. Topped with Romas, garlic, onion, and capers. Same mixture in pasta plus an herb dressing and Parmesan. Asian brussel sprouts.

Very nice LL. I eat the hell out of salmon (about twice per week), and that looks good. Big b.sprouts fan as well. Nice work.

Meh. May have come off stronger than meant, but when I asked for my steak to be taken off today (when it was around med-rare), my parents refused. They said that's absolutely disgusting to like "the blood".. When I said I should be allowed to eat what I like and finally convinced them to take it off, it was well passed medium. Pretty much well done.
I offered to cook, to buy, and completely prepare Father's Day for them but it is almost like they get pleasure from mocking what I like and refusing to do it that way. Hence my strong original post.
