Don't agree. With their redshirting program, maturity usually trumps the other team's occasional athletes that might individually be better than Curtis. And dressing out >100 kids and playing 2A schools that usually have <50 doesn't hurt. That said, they are more a system school, as others noted, that is one reason their kids don't generally make a mark at the next level.

they were in 4A... and I worked many of their catholic league matchups....

agree on hold backs.. the clock should start ticking in your legal age for K.. and just roll from there...
