Just saw a screening of White House Down

I would have liked it when I was 14
It was painfully bad at some times...Jamie Foxx is a very unconvincing president
The effects were god awful; the story was predictable; the jokes were meh (although the black people next to me loved it)...it was somewhat entertaining but I'd wait for it to come out on DVD and wouldn't waste my money in the theater
Overall I'd give it about a 5/10
Heading to Man of Steel now and hopefully it will save my night

The scene where Foxx is kicking the guy and talking about his Jordans seems painfully awful.
I've warmed up to Channing Tatum as an actor over the past couple of years, but this looks abysmal.

I was warming up to him as well then I watched Magic Mike. I've always thought of him as an intelligent person but he made his character such a typical meat head.

No, I didn't have that high of expectations. If I am going to write a movie about my previous life experiences I am going to give myself some decent dialogue though.

Foxx is one of my least favorite actors. I can't remember a movie I liked that he was in. Even as an over the top Motherfricker Jones he annoyed me.
