This
quote:

Can't believe no one said The Sky is the limit

And this
quote:

Not one of you clowns have said "frick Tha World" yet?

Also, I nominate Trouble from Da Drought 4 and I Feel Like Dying from I'm not sure which album/mixtape. I can get down on some dark Wayne from time to time.

Care to explain?

Is it because he doesn't go hard on it like the majority of his "greatest hit" songs or because it doesn't have nearly the widespread appeal as the other songs mentioned?

This live version of Gossip from the BET awards. The studio version is too soft but Wayne kills it live.

widespread appeal. People who have even heard of it, much less have it in their top 15-20 Wayne songs are few and far between

This. I remember watching that performance live. Like you said, the studio version isn't too great, but he kills that performance, especially the end...

Cut the check, frick your props... I AM HIP HOP!

Also gotta put a vote in for Weezy's Ambitions and Tha Mobb.

Good call, although that song is more memorable for Birdman's verse (which may be his best of all time)

"I remember when I first saw Puff, ****.
I was in the projects, camouflauged up ****.
Like frick them shiny suits- we hood ****
White tees is what we do!"

Yeah, Birdman clowned on that track. Too bad Weezy is a national joke now. Damn he's awful

Yep. Dude had one of the best stretches in hip hop history from 2005-2008. Dedication 2 and Drought 3 are the two best mixtapes ever, hands down.

I'm a skateboarder, so I respect his newfound energy towards it. However in many regards he is being a downright dumbass- like dissing Humidity (the New Orleans skateshop and highly regarded nationwide).

I think his brain has gotten absolutely pickled. That or he had a ghost-writer in his "glory days". It's obvious he's not the same rapper
