And that's not a good sign when shows like The Wire, The Sopranos and even Boardwalk Empire all improved tremendously from season to season.
I'm cautiously optimistic since it was in theory the first half of the book instead of the whole book, but season 3 seems to be where the truly great shows start kicking arse and taking names, and this season of GoT wasn't even on the same planet as 2 for me.
