Depends on how many you are feeding. But the easiest is, pork shoulder and bologna. The pork needs to stay on for awhile but the bologna only needs to be on for a few hours with some smoke (technically it does not matter how long the bologna is on since it is already cooked) Also you can add some ribs. For the first smoke always stay away from beef, until you figure out the ins and outs.
