It doesn't make him a thug, but it absolutely makes him stupid.
He's a male in a female judge's courtroom after he allegedly headbutted his wife. Slapping your female attorney on the arse, in court, is beyond stupid.

people dude lots of stupid shite in court but they don't get 30 days and three months extended probation for it.

if the attorney didnt have an issue with it then it was just a stupid move by cj and then a county decision by the judge.
