The thought of trying to get the mouth to move is what kept me away from this.
But then I realized I could take a cheap way out and just image search "mouth" and find one to configure on some of the frames. Nice work on the main part of the GIF.

I looked at some tutorials real quick about how to move the mouth, but it didn't look right. Rattle or Prometheus did one awhile back where the subject had the ventriloquist mouth (with the black background) but I didn't remember which thread it was.
