Does he have an accent? I see his filmography has lots of Swedish shite.

So it's not looking like they have the right guy

Strangely, I'm kinda bummed Bullet's dead. And, I sorta feel bad for deadbeat mom. Kudos to the writers, they caught me by surprise.
Are they twisting this with a killer + a copycat? Did someone frame the boyfriend? How is the kid in on this? All good stuff.
Did anyone notice "I've been killing you from the moment we met"....he's late to the party, but cellmate is looking good for this, what if he orchestrated this whole thing? Longshot, I know, but maybe? It'd be a hell of a stretch to pull off story-wise with time running out.
And I'm glad Holder & Linden didn't hook up, that would frick up the entire rhythm of the show.

Hope they don't go this direction. I'm still liking one of the guards.

I'm surprised she gave up on him so fast.
The deadbeat mom said 'I dropped him off at the docks'
He's a fricking serial killer, you don't think he could lie about going to alaska for a couple weeks so he could rape/kill some more people without the stress of his old lady?
I'm not sold on him being a copycat. Linden gave up too easy if you ask me.

She got pimp slapped. She knows her place now.

Last night was an awesome episode. This season has been so much better than the previous two.
That was so evil.

I've been thinking the bald-headed guard. The episode where his wife told his pudgy cop friend that he never comes home after work got me zeroing in on him.

So...Mills killed all the girls they found in the swamp? And Bullet? Linden just doesn't think he killed Sewardess, right?
Possible that Mills is in cahoots with whoever killed Sewardess? Maybe Mills is just taking the fall for the guy? Where the hell is Cali?
Question: Were any of the bodies they found in the swamp also on the porn tapes that Mills shot?
I too had a "He's the killer!" moment when the other prisoner said "I've been killing you from the moment we met". I hope they don't go that route.

They think he's the serial killer.

All unknown.

I think so. They had all of the pics of the girls from the tapes on a board and last episode Linden's boss said they were able to match all for 2 or 3 to the girls on the tapes.

I hope not. The bald guard would be a much better angle.

Ever since that scene where he showed his son the gallows and went into detail explaining to him how it worked, I got the feeling he would wind up offing himself.

I actually said that last night. I see the guard hanging himself at some point.

I thought they were talking about the rings at that point.
But I think you're right anyway, makes sense that they got the pictures from the videos and have been matching them to the bodies.
I wonder if they'll go back to the woman who had a baby with the guy. Maybe do a paternity test and they'll determine it's not Mills's kid.

anyone else thrown completely off-guard when he apparently killed a guy in the front yard, and they carted him off in cuffs.
that came completely out of left field, it seems so completely removed from the rest of the story. It didnt seem to fit at all (knowing just how close we are to the end of the season)

It was when they first found the bodies. Later in that episode Linden's supervisor made a comment about the coroner being able to match most of the bodies to the pics.

Interesting. Hadn't thought of that.

I have a feeling that's where they end up going. He'll end up telling Seward that he killed his wife and then Seward will still hang. Either way Peter Sarsgaard has been fantastic this season. As has Joel Kinnaman.
Pretty shocked that they killed off Bullet. Wasn't expecting that at all.
Got a good bit of satisfaction out of Holder kicking his partner's arse. That son of a bitch has had it coming.

Me too. Even though I really like them together as partners.

So I know that somebody else wrote the script....
But these Holder/Linden scenes are some of the most sobering TV I've seen in years. What am I comparing this to? The Wire? NYPD Blue? Hill Street Blues?. It's not even "acting" I feel like I'm watching a real life conversation between two cops...unreal

....and now the air is back after it seemed like all the oxygen was sucked out of the room
I always thought he would die, and Linden wouldn't be able to save him, but I am really perplexed about that whole notion where the guard's kid shot that guy in the front yard....did I dream that? Why? What does that have to do with the show?
Anyway, now that they've somewhat eliminated some options, seems like Koteas as the killer is the "shocking twist"
