Serious question about LSU stadiums

Why was the new Alex Box built to only have a capacity of 10k? Should of at least made capacity to 15k. No reason why Tiger Stadium as well should not hold at least 120k. There are tons of people waiting for season tickets. Just missing out on more money.

It's probably better to have people wanting tickets who can't get them than to have empty seats. Also, I remember a time, not so very long ago when the football tickets weren't in such great demand. All programs go in cycles.

Baseball has been very good for years. Why not be prepared when the cycle comes back around. If the Vols get any better they are prepared for over 100k in their stadium

Dude, no.
Do you really think that in 1924 when Tiger Stadium was originally constructed that they thought it would one day hold nearly 100,000 fans?
No.
Go away.

Yeah, they'll make the seats smaller.

Wtf are you talking about? Tuger stadium is only full for the uf and bama.home games.
Actual attendence for sec games is prob between 80k-88k
Ooc its prob closer to 80k or less.

Demand > supply or tickets are worthless. Plus what happens when our football or baseball programs sinks? Got these huge stadiums and its only half or 3/4 filled.

Why did they build two lane highways in the 50's and 60's?

3,500 actual fans in a 15,000 seat Alex Box would look great on a Sunday afternoon during one of CPM's OOC beauties ..

Why, so we can fill it for the one great home game a year?
Let this football team slip a little or let our economy slow down and you are going to be looking at 70K a game average attendance.

This is some stupid stupid shite

They have and are adding seats regardless what you think. Why are seats being added as we speak if we average 80k a game? Most of the seats are paid for regardless if people actually show up

Or the fact that Neyland Stadium already holds over 102K and that they actually reduced their capacity ..
