My question for ULL fans

Why are y'all so up in arms when you are referred to as "Lafayette" (like Kyle Peterson did so yesterday), "Louisiana-Lafayette", "UL-Lafayette", or "ULL".

I'm leaning that way, too, but would not be surprised in the slightest if SHSU beats them twice. They have better pitching.

I know SHSU has pretty good starters, but is their staff deep? Our pitching depth is the main reason we are so dangerous in a tournament format.

As a fan of both schools and currently located in lafayette, I'm not sure what they even want to be called.

I've seen both SHSU and ULL a couple of times, and I would say Bearkats have the better bullpen. ULL has some really terrible pitching, the only reason Robichaux is considered their "ace" is because everybody else on that staff has a case of the suck. I'm still chuckling a little at that ULL fan that said Robichaux is as good of a pitcher as anyone in the country.
