For tides rodnreel. Weather i use the noaa site above and ikitesurf.com. I may get laughed outta here but it is usually spot on for winds. Buddy put me on it. Got to meteorgram on that site and find your location. Gives your forecast every 2 hours and updates regularly

When looking for wind and wave info the Nat. weather service will post updates four times a day. Most of the time the updates will be from an hour to just minutes before 4am, 10am 4pm, 10pm.

For instance it is now 8:45am and the NWS time stamp for the marsh island area marine forcast is 334 AM CDT FRI MAY 24 2013.

If I check back around 10am a few forcast should have been posted and again at 4pm and 10pm.

Scoutlookweather.com has several hunting and fishing specific weather apps, both free or $1.99.

I like theirs because they give an hourly barometric pressure change forecast for the next 72 hours.

They also have a neat drifting and/or scent cone graphic that displays on your map so you can see either where you would drift in a boat or where your scent would blow based on projected wind speed and direction.

weatherspark.com

This site is pretty awesome for all around weather but doesn't do tides. I find it to be a lot more accurate than weather.com or the other majors. Shows wind, temp, precip, etc. by the hour. Can't use it on my phone bc of flash though

Others used for tides:
