Cut at The Venetian but I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the high end ones.

Jean Phillippe Patissere is great for a light snack or light meal. I usually stop there to grab a coffee and snack between a meal. Todd English P.U.B. is good if you catch it during happy hour. The margaritas at Javiers are pretty good too. Chips/salsa and a margarita mid-day is a nice break from all of the walking around.

Go over to The Cosmopoliton and go to the Vesper Bar. Their specialty cocktails are top notch. Their version of the Old Fashioned called The Mullberry is my favorite cocktail that I've ever had. The Chandelier Lounge is nice for hanging out too. Their buffet, The Wicked Spoon is the best I've had in Vegas and is the only one I'll eat at now as it beats a lot of restaurants in quality. Holsteins is their burger place and they make a damn good one too.

If you're a mouth breather there's always Dick's Last Resort in Excalibur which you can follow up with an Orange Julius.

I will never stay anywhere else now that I've been to the Cosmo.

I'm sure other places are great and the experience is awesome but the balcony view from the room that overlooks the fountains, as well as the location of the hotel can not be beat.

It's worth it. To paraphrase Ferris Bueller, "If you have the means, I highly recommended it." You truly get what you pay for. The service from the minute you get out of the taxi/limo is top notch. The view from my balcony that overlooked the Bellagio Fountains was amazing. The One Bedroom Terrace is THE room to get short of being on a Vegas whale or high roller budget.

That's why I love this damn site.

The cosmo wasn't a big name but it was recommended to me here. I got a regular room and asked for an upgrade when we got there. First night was book but second night they switched us right over to a room on the same floor that was literally the best view of the fountains. The key cards automatically switched to the other room without having to go downstairs.

Wine + the fountains dancing with the lights to Sinatra + my hot wife = a great time on the balcony.

Not to mention the awesome bathrooms.

Was in Las Vegas last weekend and did the 4 course tasting menu (with wine pairing) at Sage in the Aria. Best dish was the fois gras brulee. Only thing I didn't care for was the last wine pairing and I'm usually able to drink any wine.

Had lunch at Noodles in the Bellagio. Their dim sum is only available during lunch and it was good.

Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris I thought was one of my better meals I had. Best bang for the buck out of all of my meals. If you sit outside, you get a great view of the Bellagio fountains.

As someone suggested earlier, check out the Chandelier bar at the Cosmopolitan. Good specialty cocktails.

The one in the 1 Bedroom Terrace is pretty awesome. Being able to look out over the strip from the bathroom was great.

My favorite though was being able to chill on the balcony with a whiskey and just take it all in. I stayed there in the winter when the BLVD pool was an ice rink and the drinks out there were great as well. They had a smores sort of drink as well as a Mexican hot chocolate.

I like that the key cards are also tied to the Identity Card so your play can be tracked using that instead of having to find your old card or get one issued. And the hotel side is run by Marriott, so if you have points or status with them it helps with your room as well.

Vic and Anthony's in the golden nugget. Get the cheesecake for dessert too if they have it.

I would recommend Prime at Bellagio and see if they can get you a window table overlooking the fountain.

N9ne at the Palms has the least "stuffy" atmosphere among the upperend steakhouses.

Screw walking distance in Las Vegas unless you are downtown. Take a cab and go to Lotus of Siam. It is the best Thai food you will likely experience outside of Asia.

There is no walking distance during June in Vegas but Bartolotta was my favorite meal and Alize was the best atmosphere
