Exactly. Every sport has stupid arse rules, but you just have to deal with it. Everyone is playing with the same rule, stupid or not.

If you read the thread that Baloo linked, it was made the day after LBJ'S buzzer beater against the Orlando Magic. So both threads came after instances involving Lebron. Coincidence?

Yeah a big game involving the best player in the league causing more people to discuss it.

When shite happens on a big stage it naturally will receive more discussion than when it happens during a random Thursday night game btw the Bucks and Timberwolves.

I think Lebron is the best player in the league by far and that he would beat Jordan in a game of 1 on 1. The rule is still stupid IMO.

I used to think the rule is ok, but I agree with you. Especially for NBA teams, they don't need that advantage. I like to see them go the length of the court and try to earn the last shot.
