Dallas two weeks in a row.

I can't handle another weekend out there.

Lots of same players as Byron Nelson.
Peterson, toms, love3, and furyk weren't there last week.

Do we know when Tiger or Rory will play again?

I guess as the OP it will be my responsibility to find out, right?

No clue. And I'll be gone all day Friday. Maybe admins can handle the leader board if Some Guy takes the lead.

That pic of Hogan is from the US Open in Merion. The famous 1 iron shot that got him into a playoff to win after his horrific auto accident. The US Open returns back to Merion this year. Looking forward to the wicker sticks to mark the holes.

Love Colonial. I was there a couple years ago when Toms won. followed him around on Friday for his 62. he could have easily shot 59 that day. he was inside 10 feet on ever hole on the back nine.

its a great venue for watching the tournament in person as well.

I can sorta see why the Nelson has lost it's luster. Course is nestled between office buildings and McMansions and Byron isn't around anymore. Terrible weather luck over the years.

But there is no excuse for the venerable Colonial. Hogan's alley used to be one of the top destinations and one of the "big 3" invitationals.

Now every top pro wants to play Arnies, Jacks, and Tigers tourney now. Hogans has lost some luster.

Colonial is a tight driving course in the old tradition. small greens and tight fairways. I love it.

two twins that I went to school with my whole life were members. We used to sneak on and play the back 9 all the time. That course is NOT amateur friendly
