so which one is it?

fire the older employees who get a better severance package - get criticized

fire the younger employees who get a shitty severance package - get criticized

i guess the answer is NEVER HIRE ANYONE THAT WAY YOU DONT HAVE TO EVER FIRE ANYONE

I hate how these over-paid older people are preventing young people from doing the same job for half the price. Unions often prevent that.
