Good lord watching this game is exhausting. I had to mute it.

I'm not sure he's taken a breath in almost 2 hours

hubie brown is fricking awesome

he's the best NBA analyst not coaching, and he put his money where his mouth was a few years ago and proved his mettle

Do I need a 7 minute in depth analysis with 15 different examples and statistics of why someone went left this possession instead of right?

Jesus just let me watch the fricking game

If I got paid a lot of money to talk, I don't think I would STFU.

Everyone learns something from Hubie Brown when he's doing the play-by-play of NBA games. The man knows and has forgotten more basketball then most will ever learn, so it's a good idea to take notes if he's dropping gems. Which is exactly what a group of coaches did as he explained slight techniques for shooters to practice in game situations. Take a listen and implement his advice into your shooting routines.

He's a commentator, which requires him to discuss the game that is occurring in front of him, so I would imagine it is necessary for him to talk often. It is sort of his job.

It is his job to provide commentary, but not incessantly for two and a half hours.

But its rarely just chatter for the sake of it. Basketba is my favorite sport and like some people are homo for the small things in baseball I'm like that with basketball. I love when he points out things off the ball because its what I like to look for as well.
Now if just casual and don't really care for deeper details I could understand it. But any hardcore basketball nerd should like him
