Enough tools to form up and frame a single family house sans the air compressor.
A rotary laser with a grade rod in tenths and inches.
A couple knives and flashlights.
A book of CD's, I'm old.
About 20 sets of half size house plans.

It doesn't have a bit in it, so it's not a drill.
I'll add drill/nut driver/hex/screwdriver bit set in the toolbox to the list - and 100' tape and bottle jack.
There's a lot of shite in there.
Come to think of it, there's a folding chair in that damn box as well - and several coozies. Ice chests get rotated out.
I like list threads like this, it gives me ideas for other equipment I may want to keep on hand.
That pick sure comes in handy busting up beaver dams.
