You can always count on a retarded New Orleanian to act like their fair city has a monopoly on culture. No other cities in the world have any sort of history.

Name an international cuisine based out of any other city in the US.

That's just one example. New Orleans has a very distinct difference from most other cities.

Nice job, jocklick. If you look to the left, you can clearly see I'm not from New Orleans. I also didn't say only we have culture. I specifically said Charlotte has no culture.

Hell, Charlotte makes SLC seem like Vegas.

Yup, though New Orleans does have personality in copious amounts. Too bad the crime, corruption and overall indifference make it suck so badly.
