Yes, use the search feature and browse the first couple of pages just to make sure it's not been discussed.

Also, make sure you use descriptive thread titles. If you are bringing up a player, list his position and his class.

Always post a link if it's something that you got from another site.

Never post porn unless you are for Forced to at gunpoint .
Never start a thread in response to another thread.
Never use the C word.
Never use the N word.
Brush after eating sweets.

It seems absolutely ridiculous to expect people to do extensive research before starting a thread. This is not the Library of Congress. It is a sport discussion forum and if you have a question, odds are someone else has the same question.

The simple fact is , if you do not like the thread, don't read it. If no one finds the thread worthy of discussion it will die on it's own. If the thread Nazi's do not put up their tyrannical posts, the thread will die on it's own.
