I think at this point in the season, with 6 guys hitting over .300, Mainieri is willing to sacrafice offense for defense in the outfield, and while Foster has the much superior arm, Laird and Stevenson will not let a ball fall between them.

The outfield can stay like it did tonight.
Stevenson with no hits. Everyone else crushes.

I'll say Manerie knows more then you guys with laird and Stevenson out there we are catching up with balls that should be doubles and in baseball speed Stevenson is much faster then foster!!!! Sry but it's fact!! Keep it like is and Stevenson can also bunt pretty good and when he puts it in play it makes it hard for a defense because he's so fast. He's at least a whole step mayb two faster then foster and that's huge.
