I'd normally say Knicks, because I'm sure the NBA wants a Heat-Knicks ECF, but the way the Knicks players are bitching, I wouldn't be surprised if the Pacers keep getting calls.

FWIW, the way Indiana is playing, and Wade's knee could make for a long ECF between the Heat and Pacers.
