Cardinals - Best Team in Baseball...............Period.

Does anyone have any doubt that the Cardinals are the best run MLB franchise? They just are...period.

Yankees are the best run franchise. 27 World Series championships speaks for itself.
Unfortunately, the Cardinals are probably second. They have a great past, present, and future. They get the most out of their players and guys seem to exceed their expectations there all the time.

Whoa?!!! So the Cardinals are probably second best?
If championships are what determines whether or not a team is the best run franchise in MLB, then the Cardinals are certainly the second best since we have the second most championships at 11.
However, this is about more than championships. People could argue that the Yankees have 27 championships because they spend insane money. The Cardinals win championships on a budget because they run the franchise intelligently.
Cardinals = The Best.

I am not judging entirely by titles, but they have 16 more titles. The gap between them is huge.
The Yankees have a long history of owning all time greats, and many of them have come prior to the era of free agency. Only the Jeter generation has been paid exorbitant salaries. The Yankees have done more than anyone else and have the best organization ever. It is not even close.
You would be out of your fricking mind to think anyone else has been a more successful organization. The Yankees are first in pretty much every aspect.
