Valuation:
The most important question you need to ask is "why the penny-level price?"
As you address why value is precipitously circling insolvency, ask as to whether you can know if the stock has an "upside potential" because NCTigah or <insert most successful TDMTB investor ever IYO> says it does.

I actually made money off of AAMRQ after the merger. It wasn't a total shot in the dark. I was just looking to see if any such stock has piqued the MB's interest lately.
