This guy is FAST. Skip to about 18 minutes to get to the shooting if you don't want to listen to him talk about the 1911 design.

Imagine being the kid that tried to date his daughter.

He better be well-behaved.

I like Jerry a lot. His corny, old-man humor is a lot like Hickok45's. And DAMN the dude can shoot.

He has an entire "Shoot Fast" series and shoots various firearms as fast as he can. His one with the FN FAL is NUTS!

I have a S&W .45 revolver that he designed. Has the speed trigger, gold sights and J M on the handles.

People know Jerry as "the Smith & Wesson revolver shooter." But he shoots a Glock really fast.

A few years ago, I spent two days with Jerry, one-on-one, shooting Glocks. He is amazing, and is just as personable as he appears in the videos.

A friend of mine at work met Jerry Miculek once when my fried bought a 1911 at Clark's Custom Guns in Princeton, LA (15 miles or so east of Bossier City). He said Mr. Miculek was polite, courteous and not the least bit pretentious. My friend didn't realize Miculek was a nationally known shooter until he got home and Googled him. He also said that Miculek ran a magazine w/ the gun and was amazingly fast and accurate. According to their website, he's no longer on the staff at Clark's, but does teach LA concealed carry courses at the facility.

His trigger finger is a damn machine, especially with the trigger travel on a revolver. I bet he has put millions, if not billions, of rounds down range.

Seems like a super nice guy and one hell of an American marksman.

EDIT: Does anyone know what state he is from?

We're a GM family, so no.

I saw a dude riding around yesterday while I was dog walking. Every time I bring my dog out there, his lab always has to run out and say hey to mine. He's a good dude.
