If a bettor had started with a bankroll of only $400, they would now be at $2,817 ($2,417 in winnings plus the original $400) by betting the ML to win $100 against both Houston and Miami in every game so far this year.

I currently have a standing 50 bet against both Marlins and Astros at closing line.

I'm up 250 so far.

I added another calc on the spreadsheet linked in the OP.

Weekly $$ (Mon-Sun) for both Houston and Miami.

Every week has been profitable betting to win $100 on every Astros and Marlins game. The smallest profit in a given week was $82 and the largest was $712.

Two more in the win column for the bet-against the Astros and Marlins.

Huge line tomorrow for Detroit and Scherzer, though at -350.

I'll update the spreadsheet in the OP later tonight.

Taking a page off the pirates spreadsheet. I jumped on the alternate run line at -130 today instead of -330.... Can't believe its a 200 difference. Same thing for tommorrow helps limit my exposure to huge lines.

Houston scores 2 in the 9th to break a 5-5 tie to win one.

I can't win them all..

Looking at the two week totals between bet-against Houston and Miami bets since opening day, the lowest you would have been up would have been $561.

The other two week stretches of ~24 games, you would have been up $905 and $954.

There are ~20 weeks left in the season and I'm hoping for a paltry $300 average over those 10 2-week blocks.

Reds win again last night and going for the sweep later today vs Miami.

The spreadsheet is updated through yesterday.

Winnings YTD: $2467 after taking a hit yesterday with Detroit -350.

I may put 1000 aside and try this, but I'd do the Astros only

+14 units in a week? How come? Or are you betting more depending on the pitching matchup

I'm betting to win $150 on both Houston and Miami opponents.

The Houston win vs Detroit on Wed cost me $525..

I'm thinking the Marlins give the most bang for the buck. Lower lines, and they fricking keep losing.

There will be a time when the Marlins and Stros may win 2 or 3 in a row, maybe both simultaneously, but I hope I've already won enough to ride through that rough time.

Hopefully both can get swept this weekend and push me to nearly +22 units.

It is not. This is a one month sample. The lines will increase as the year goes along and if either the Marlins or Stros actually have a small win streak, the bankroll will get wiped out FAST.

For sure. Even more so if it happens simultaneously. But it's still darn impressive what has been won to this point following the two teams. With my luck I'd jump in and lose $1k in the span of 2-3 weeks.
