Great post. Very thorough. Things like this should be stickied.
I just don't understand exactly what they are doing with construction across Nicholson from the New Box to add parking? Is that what they're doing? I park and tailgate across Nicholson for baseball because it's more spread out, plus there are trees and grassy area to hang out after parking your truck on concrete, not in mud like Hayfield. Any further detail on this would be appreciated. I havent been able to figure it out yet.

It's a big sewer project, they are closing down one of the treatment plants and diverting the sewer to the treatment plant on Gardere. It's the same project that's going on down all of Burbank.
